Fruit Shake - Nutritional Activity

Materials...

4 Medium strawberries
4 Orange sections
1/2 cup sliced banana
1 cup pineapple juice
4 tsp sugar
8 ice cubes


Directions...

Prepare all the items together with your child: washing the strawberries, peeling the oranges, peeling and slicing the banana, measuring the pineapple juice and sugar. Once all the ingredients are ready, pour it all into a blender and blend for about 10 - 15 seconds. Pour into cups and enjoy your nutritious treat!!
(makes 4 servings @ 77 calories per serving)
